Great food and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch choices, plus smoothies. Clean and delightful.

Charming cafe! Everything tasted great: got a maple cappuccino and an everything-seasoning avocado toast. If I could make a suggestion, the avocado would be easier to eat mashed since it would stick to the bread better and help hold the toppings on while you're taking a bite (the carrot kind of falls off everywhere.) Limited parking in front of the door, but there's a lot across the road at the medical building that seems to be unmonitored. Plenty of tables and free WiFi

A lovely spot to enjoy breakfast - an airy open space with lots of plants and light to create a cozy mood. The breakfast sandwich, cupcake and mocha latte were so good we came back for breakfast a second time. The only negative was that the chai latte was completely off... the barista didn't seem to know how to make it and gave us a lukewarm drink. Even after remaking the drink, the overall flavor was off and it tasted watered down. Hopefully they get that figured out.

What a fabulous spot! I've seen the "CAFE" sign from the main drag in Florence - but never stopped in...until today. SOOOO glad I did. The space is lovely - simple, inviting....really good vibe. I had the avocado sandwich - fresh, flavorful, wonderful nutty/sweet bread, and a very large portion (served with a tasty, crunchy dill pickle on the side). I got a good look at the salads - huge and colorful. I was really tempted by the various smoothies and several varieties of (oversized) cupcakes in the case. The maple & peanut butter cookie had my name on it - but I was so full after the sandwich...next time I'll pace myself. And there will be a next time.

A great place to eat. The food is good and all healthy vegan. There was live piano music at lunch, so that provided a nice ambiance. Even beautiful cupcakes for dessert! I will make it a point to eat there again when I am in the area.

I'm not vegan but I think this place is fabulous. The food's excellent and the people who work there are even better. Save room for a cupcake too

Delicious food. Happy people preparing and serving it. Generous portions. Easy place to just sit around and spend some time. The prior restaurant in this spot was inconsistent. Not Wild Chestnut. I live right around the corner and stroll over whenever I want to brighten my day.

Recommend this place. From the friendly and kind staff to the delicious food!!! Definitely a 5 cafe!!!!

The best cinnamon bun I've ever had! Vegan or not. I was very impressed. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I am delighted that Evolution found a worthy successor. After eating at WCC a few times, I find their quality to be terrific and their staff is always super fun and cheerful. Although the menu is slightly small, this approach means their ingredients are always peak fresh. They do supplement their standard menu with robust daily specials, so hats nice. This is a fantastic vegan lunch spot, for sure!
